My blog readers are increasing steadily. Walaoweh. Hello blog readers! I am just an ordinary person that writes whenever I feel like I want to.
So when Bruno had the accident, I quickly reached for the phone and started pressing numbers. I am really disappointed and frustrated that all the vet clinics around my area were closed, they were not answering their phones. How can they possibly not answer the phone? I don't care if the clinic is close but at least answer the damn phone! Hand phones! Pick it up man! This is an emergency! I wanted to scream my lungs out because time is running out. Bruno must immediately be rushed to the hospital. I even desperately sent a message asking the doctor to pick up her damn phone. Yes I was really mad. One call was answered and asked me to go to a 24 hour vet hospital in KL as their clinic were closed. Are you out of your mind?! Bruno will not make it through the traffic jam! I had to google to find the clinic! And I had to call a few numbers before finally getting in touch with this hospital which is open on public holidays, unfortunately, it's quite far, but we have no choice already. When everything was settled, I found that the clinic replied on Facebook at 7.27pm. I wanted to say, 'Hi, my dog died waiting for your clinic to open as well as for you to answer your phone, thanks for asking.'
I never knew I will come across such situations on a public holiday. I know not everyday is a public holiday and everyone wants to rest and do their own thing. But at least answer the phone. I desperately need help! If I was the vet and my clinic wasn't opened on public holidays, at least I will answer emergency calls and rush to the clinic and open just for them. Vets in Malaysia seriously need to sit down, discuss and prepare for emergency cases. Dogs are not just dogs! They mean a lot y'know!
