The day I exercised.

I feel relieved and tired right now. All thanks to my friends which cooperated with me to help me with the rest of the day. Doing something that benefits us. Actually I wanted to jog. But I didn't have friends. I can jog alone but it feels so alone. LOL. I love what I did today. I could feel the heat. My red face proved it. I sweat. I tasted the salt on my face. It was so cool. The problem is I haven't jog for a long time. I feel that this is not good!!

Luckily, out of the blue, I decided to just send messages to my friends and invite them to jog with me! It just came in my mind. Better to start today than later! I never knew when to start. So it's either now or never! I managed to start jogging today! Yay! Today is the day! Finally! After so long! Of course I felt happy! Yeah! It seems weird because it maybe related to something else, whom my friends were laughing about it. The odd about it is that I became a little active / different/ hyper/ you say it I don't know since I started chatting with someone. So like. I happened to be like this and at the same time I was chatting with someone. So of course people will think it's related. Haha. I just laugh away. Who cares if it is? I'm benefiting so much from this!!!! Even though It's all bullshit!!! Yeah!!! This crap world.

I do consider what my friends say. Yeah!!! :) 

And I want to continue this! It was so fun! To have company, to have good friends, to joke, to laugh, to motivate, to enjoy, the lake, the trees, the grass, the greens, the environment. Wow. I love it. And you have a motivator, an example, someone to push. Makes the whole thing so worth doing. :D Need not to have a boy. Friend. LOL. He's invisible! Hee hee :) !!

And guess what?! I didn't stop there! Before dropping Huda, she said, ''don't shower right away, cool down first.'' So what I did was, I continued exercising!!!! LOL!!!! I turned on the music, LOUD and start jumping and dancing. Then I did some stretching because I lack flexibility. I still cannot touch my feet. So I will start stretching to be able to touch my feet. Then I was so sad I cannot even do one crunch. Finally, after practising, I did 2 crunches! Then I did some bicep workout using two heavy books. LOL!!!!!! Isn't that amazing. Wow. Say it. Say wow. Hee hee!!!

Then I continued jumping and dancing. Hee hee. This is for flexibility okay! Then I went to shower. Oh then my body was aching. Not much. But still. I can feel a little pain in my back. Haha.

You should see my mother's reaction. That wide mouth, showing all her teeth, with that big eyes, almost shocked. Like ''you jogged?!, why didn't call me?!" I was like ' NOOOOOO WAYYYYY I would rather throw myself on the road.' Eish. TAK MAU. OK?!

So today I did something really awesome!!! Oh yeah! :) I FEEL GOOD!!!!!!
