Best day ever.

I arrive at the train station at 8.50am. I board the train and met my church friend. We stood in the train until K.L central, reached nearly 10am. We took another train to Mid Valley. The moment the train stopped to MV station, I ran for my life, leaving my friend behind which caught up with me later LOL. I raced to the pet exhibition. Yeah I was that excited. I ran all the way up, searching for the exhibition and finally saw the big board. I was delighted, my eyes, bright and big as ever. I queued to buy the entrance ticket which cost RM5. There were not many people at that time... I bought the ticket and took the brochure. I immediately walked to Hall 1. Altogether there are 3 halls.

Hall 1(omg), I was just so happy to see so many things!!! I was so excited I don't know where to start. So my friend and I planned and we went one booth at a time. We were halted by many promoters. So we listened to their explanations. Some of the things they promote to us are really useful. But unfortunately good things comes with a price. There is one kind of paper card board that is use to carry poops without bending down your body. It a new thing created and I like it. It is very convenient buy I can't afford to buy. Each time my dog shit I need to use one cardboard, and then throw it away. Ergh. I still need to use newspaper...

K booth by booth. Really, it was amazing.. There is a dog obedience training and pets grooming... I saw dogs of all sizes ranging from the biggest to the smallest. These dogs are well-trained. I am impressed to see how they follow their owner's commands... Very good! Many people crowd that particular area to see the dog show. Taking pictures and clapping hands... Then as we go through each booth, we collected food samples. I asked for it. All branded dog foods. Bruno is so lucky. He can taste it all and I will know which he likes and I can buy next time. The dog food are really expensive. Especially Blackwood, Anf and Natural Balance... I also took some other branded dog foods. I saw the Regal pet food booth. That was the food Bruno is currently eating. So I talked to the people there. And I got two other flavours for Bruno to try. Thank God. I always wanted to buy salmon flavour and also venison but I am not sure if Bruno will eat it. Thank God they gave me the sample. I am so grateful. She also gave me the industry's address so I can straight away go there to buy. I am very happy because I get to collect many samples. It's a good thing because now I know what Bruno likes. I don't need to buy a big bag to try it out because there is a sample... After spending like 2 hours plus in 3 halls, we decided to take a break because my shoulders are aching like hell and my fingers are really red because the blood is not flowing. The things i was carrying is too heavy... Imagine that! We went round and round trying to find a right place to eat and rest our shoulders... It took almost 30 minutes... My shoulders are minutes away from breaking... Really it's so pain... Finally we ended up at Belanga... and Thank God the food at Belanga was so delicious! I ordered a bowl of curry mee. The curry is thick. I also ordered a packet of onde-onde. The taste is not bad. Hmm while waiting for the food to come, I rearrange the items in my bags. After paying, I thought the day is over but suddenly I felt not satisfied. So I decided to go back to the pet exhibition. I felt like it was not enough. LOL. I managed to get another 3 different brands of food sample. HEHEHE SOOO HAPPY AND VERY SATISFIED. PLUS, I met the animal rescuers from MIAR(Malaysian Independent Animal Rescue). I MET PUSPA RANI AND SHALINEE FERNANDEZ. WOAH! I was so afraid to approach the booth but I said to myself If I don't say hi or whatever I'm going to regret this. Because this is the only time that I can meet these people! I plucked enough courage to put another step further. Then an Indian man standing there moved aside to let me in. Then there I was, the centre of attention. So in a very awkward and excited way, I said HAI!!! I'm the girl from Facebook!!! My name is Alessandria!!! Lol and then she was unsure then she referred to Shalinee and she was like 'I just contacted her through Facebook!' I was like LOL!!!!!! Haha!! OMG!!~!~!~!~!~! It was fun!!!! I finally get to show myself... Now they know me.. It's awesome!!!! Yay~~~~~ Shalinee is a LAWYER~~~ It's so coooool to meet new people! I saw Wani Muthiah too, president of MDDB. But I didn't talk to her~~~ But It was awesome to talk to them. They were lovely. She said I looked different from my FB picture HAHA. Anyway now that we know each other and actually met face to face, we will keep in touch. Before this I was posting, liking and commenting in the group page, but anyone can do that... You need to come forward and show your support too and not just posting things... People can be fake. Today I proved that I am there to support. Because there is a post that makes me feel bad.

(The post)
IMPORTANT : When reading this pls think wisely

Someone has been sending emails to our supporters defaming us. We have the emails and she actually used her company's( so-called animal NGO ) email to send out this emails. Thank God this person who read the email told us she's a "farking schizo" which actually we already know and confirmed she needs immediate medical attention.
We, MIAR, believe in... working together with the local councils and DVS for the best interest of the strays in Malaysia by promoting TNRM. We and actually nobody can stop them from catching strays, n pls don't waste my time by talking cock n cursing them on fb and at the end of the day, the strays suffer n die. For many years, no one did anything but talk. Let's do something now then we talk. Every single day in Malaysia, strays are dying and only God knows how many? Some people brag arrogantly about doing something but now, today, this very second, what they have achieved so far? Nothing, whatever that comes out of their mouth is shit. BTW, the government org. hates these ppl and none of them wants to work with them.
Listen guys,
Sorry that we don't brag but this is it.

Local councils are willing to listen to us and they have ask us what is the best and humane way ( bear in mind we can't stop them n no one can ). If anyone can stop them today, pls come forward. Don't talk on fb but in reality, today, they are many dogs suffering there. What we do is work together and we dont want the dogs to suffer. Pls follow me and see for urself. You will get it ! Pls feel what it's like being a stray that got caught by local council....

One more important fact:

MIAR shelter is open to public 24/7/365. We are very super transparent and we have nothing to hide, unlike some. Our vets work together n SPCA and DVS has helped us a lot which we are very thankful. Oh, our vet is actually on fb and thats super transparent because we don't cheat when it comes to dogs. All funds collected are for that particular dog n not for other reasons. We don't spend more than 3k on one dog as we try our best to save n we foster ourselves to save ur money.

* SO, BEFORE TRUSTING WHAT PPL WRITE ON FB, PLS COME N VISIT US IN OUR SHELTER THEN DECIDE COZ ON FB, ANYONE CAN BULLSHIT....

After reading this, I felt like I was just doing nothing but commenting on Facebook, which doesn't help at all. So I have met them today and they said I can come and volunteer, which I would... I need to make this happen!!
After meeting these people, I am satisfied. Before heading home, I dropped by at Sasa and tests some branded perfumes... I tried the new Burberry, Anna Sui, Calvin Klein, DKNY,.. what else? Ah I love perfumes... DKNY costs about RM279. Woh! What a price. But it smells good. My wrist still has the smell. It is long lasting.
Today is a wonderful day. A very good day after a long time. I spent quite a lot, buying 10 different car stickers, a red stainless steel bottle, a cute yellow T-shirt and Blackwood dog kibbles.
