Money to them

Everybody knows money is everything in this world. Money can do so much to life. Is money important to you? Very much? Do you appreciate every cent of it? How does it feel having just a balance of 10 cent in your pocket? Do you regret wasting money on some things? Anyway, who doesn't wants money? Money is such a valuable thing... So let's talk money now. I think that nowadays people are having too much money and spending it on unnecessary items. Yes, don't you think so? Especially the rich people... I am speechless to see the way they spent their money.

In my opinion, I think we should really save on money. Not for the future, but for something that is worth it. Don't save so much on the future because when we die, the money can't be brought to the grave. It falls on other people's hands. So it's useless. Money is so hard to earn. Now that we are young, money comes from our parents. I see some students went to work this holidays which is a terrible thing to do. Why on earth would they do that? Earning money? For what? Aren't they too young to experience the outside world? What is wrong with them? One of my Chinese friend told me she's earning money to buy an expensive phone. What?? And she complains to me that she's having troubles dealing with the job. I wanted a phone for Christmas and I didn't get. So just let it be. So do you think I should care about my friend? She asked for it. Almost all of us here are well-to-do. Are you saying you're poor when you are sitting at home and have everything on the table? Do you know what poor really is? Having little or no money, goods, or other means by support, lacking, deficient, poverty, unfortunate. That is poor! We have all the necessaries but we still want the unnecessary. Don't you think we should be humble?

I think hanging out at Sunway Pyramid is a bad idea. KL, Mid Valley, Summit. All these places, I don't think the poor can even take a train there. We are just kids but we're acting like adults, hanging out as if we have a pocket full of money. We do have a pocket full of money. We shouldn't be outside! Where big peoples are! We don't know anything about them! Why not stay at home, read some books, watch TV and help out with the house chores? Home sweet home right? Everything is high class, don't expect to find things as cheap as 1 Ringgit. Cause you'll never find it. We are overpaying. Giving extra tips to the people.

I regretted most for spending RM16 (If I'm not mistaken), for the movie I watched with my friends at IOI. RM16 is large and it's just a movie! And it soon will be out on Astro's movie package. Twilight Saga is already out at Channel 413 (FINALLY), I watched it and felt quite bored because the movie was so slow and what's so hot about Taylor and Robert? ZZz. Watching movies at the cinemas are a waste of money. It really is. Don't you think it is just an entertainment? Why are we watching it anyway? Just for fun? You're wasting money there! Think about how others need it most.

Also, about food at expensive places... Aren't we overpaying for the food? I mean, Sri Muda's Fried Kuey Teow cost about RM3.80. Damn it is delicious and also keeps your stomach full. That is so worth it!! So, so worth it! Why must we go to McDonald's, Esquire Kitchen, Sushi King, Pizza Hut, Baskin Robbins, and other expensive restaurants for food when a bowl of satisfying prawn noodles at those mamak stalls are so much more affordable. Pak Ayob's nasi lemak, OMGOSH, the best ever. Roti canai. It's all cheap! I love eating at hawker stalls. The food there is thousand times tastier than foods served at Hotel and high class restaurants. About hi-teas my school organized, my mom said she never had hi-teas at her time. Now people are going overboard. Spending RM50 just to have a reunion. Hi-teas are not supposed to be compulsory. You can't forced a poor kid to attend a hi-tea. That is ridiculous. My dress and everything I have on me is about RM158.40. WOW! We must get more than is expected. Not lacking of things. Then the RM50 is no longer worth it.

Concerts in Malaysia. Why are people even paying for this concerts? Some sits at the concert cost about RM1,000 plus. There is some that cost RM100+. Even if you pay that amount, can you enjoy it with the big crowd? Rubbing-shoulders. Had to keep an eye on pick-pockets... This artists are promoting their album. And we're paying them to perform. It's not that this artist are God so why we are so eager to see them? Michael Buble

Do you know exactly why I'm bringing this up? Because I see poor people and animals that don't even have anything to eat for a day! Maybe more than a day! Who knows?! People who begged for money on the streets, is so pity to looked at. I just hope I won't see them, but they are always there. Animals starved. The little ones, always depends on their moms to get food for them. What If their mom doesn't return? Don't you feel sorry for them? The money we're having right now is desperately needed by so many people. And here we are wasting it like it's free! Of course when we see them we try avoiding them because they keep asking for money. Most people get annoyed. But if everyone acts this way then their fate will never change. I hardly see people that are willing to walk to a shop to buy cat food just to feed a stray cat. People often chase the cat far far away or maybe cut their legs off as a punishment for being around the area. This things happened you know. So we are wasting money for a cat that is starving. Isn't it worth? The cat actually will be thanking us so much for that meal. Don't you think it's a wonderful thing to do?

How can we just waste money on junk food and juices when you can avoid that and drink water which is much healthier? I can't believe it that people could buy Häagen-Dazs. That is the most expensive ice-cream I've ever seen in my whole life. I mean, seriously, anyone who ate this brand of ice-cream before is such a wealthy person. Are you nuts? This ice-cream is so expensive my eyeballs can popped out and my jaw can drop. It is crazy! You can buy walls ice-cream 1.5 litre for at least RM5. 1.5 litre of Haagen-Dazs's ice cream can cost up to RM100. Seriously! And Starbucks Coffee. Is it necessary? Nescafe 3-in-1 is also coffee! I felt guilty buying Big Apple's Alien Donuts. Laksa Utara is better isn't it? That donut is just sweet. Just a donut! Traditional food is the best! Low-cost.

So, my point is, whenever we want to buy something, please, please think of those who are less fortunate. If you think that putting money in the coin box wouldn't reach to the poor then why not meet the poor itself? I'm still hoping to go to the SPCA. I need to buy that T-Shirt to spread the word. I am willing to wear that shirt wherever I go because I want people to see my point, stop cruelty to animals. You do not need to give so much money to the poor, they may be fake. So why not just buy food for them? If they do not accept it means they are fake. So you know is that person is pretending to be poor. Don't entertain them then! Okay guys? Please think about it. Stop wasting your money on unnecessary staffs. Try putting yourself in other people's shoes. Know what it's like being poor. Be thankful and appreciate everything around you. It all can disappear or be taken away once you don't be grateful. By the way, this is not crap!
