Get tough with parents.

How many lessons do we need to learn that it is unsafe to leave our children alone even for a minute? I just don't get why all these things can't get into their heads. They probably need a hard knock on their heads to make them realise. Parents are being so careless these days. I really think we should be hard on them. They should pay for what they had done. This will go on and on if nothing is done to stop it. I hope parents will be charged for their negligence. There is no law, no one is ever punished for neglecting their child. This is bad. There are too many young innocent lives that are lost due to irresponsible parents. There is no need to repeat this mistake. Aren't we all fed up of this kind of news?
